Unrealized Design: Little Shop of Horrors

Sound Cue List
For this production I wrote out each sound cue listed in the script of Little Shop of Horrors. Along with the cues, I wrote out the character that relys on a character, each page number, the act and scene numbers, and which placed speaker the sound would be heard from.
Sound Block Diagram
For my diagram, I laid out all the connections for sound that I would intend to use for a successful show. That included my computer source, a Yamaha LS9 sound board, 21 wireless microphones, 4 QSC K10 speakers, 2 QSC K8 speakers, and an audio interface to separate sound between my speakers.

Little Shop of Horrors Speaker Plot
For this show, I specifically choose 3 QSC K10 speakers to be hung on the fly system above the stage, 2 QSC K10 speakers to be placed on tripods in front of the stage, and 2 QSC K8 speakers to be placed on tripods behind the set. I placed the 3 hung speakers so that not only some of the sound to come from above but also for certain specific sound cues to come from one individual speaker. As for the other 2 K10 speakers, I placed them on tripods in front of the stage so the audience could still hear cues and not having to rely on the speakers in the air for the only source of sound. And lastly with the 2 K8 speakers, I placed them on tripods behind the set for the show's orchestra to use as monitors.
